Dare County at Work
Dare County Unit of NCRSP Cheers On Their Colleagues
To celebrate the conclusion of the 2025-26 school year, the Dare County Unit of North Carolina Retired School Personnel (NCRSP) delivered a "Sweet Treats" basket to teachers and staff across the Dare County Schools. The baskets, filled with a wide variety of candies, were distributed to every school and DCS facility.
The initiative was organized by local retired educators, as a tangible gesture of appreciation and support for the dedication of current school personnel. The Dare County Unit knows firsthand how much hard work and energy goes into completing a successful school year, and feels that this is their way of recognizing that dedication: they are bringing a little “sweetness” to their colleagues as they cross the finish line.
NCRSP remains committed to supporting the local education community and honoring the vital work of the educators and support staff who serve Dare County students every day.
