As we begin the start of the 2026-2027 membership year and the start of monthly membership reporting. There are a couple of things to note regarding today’s reports:

New Membership Year: The new membership year began on September 1, 2026. As a result, members who were added or canceled during the previous membership year have been removed from the reports. Therefore, the New/Canceled section will be empty for most locals this month.

Check Payers: Since we are just beginning the new membership year, you may notice a higher number of check payers who have not yet been marked as paid. This is due to the normal processing time for payments. Please do not to be alarmed by the higher numbers at this time. The reports will continue to update as payments are processed.

If your local unit has not yet submitted its Officers & Chairs listing to the State Office at info@ncrsp.org or by mail to NCRSP at 3700 Glenwood Ave., Suite 510, Raleigh, NC 27612, please do so as soon as possible by using one of the attached forms.
